Abandon ILPs as a Tutor

To mark reviews or targets as incomplete:

1. Click the ⋮ drop-down menu for the relevant record and then click the Abandon ILPs option, as shown in the image below.

   

   The Close Review screen is displayed, as shown in the image below. You can search for a specific learner, review, or target using the search box.

   

2. Select the reviews, targets, or ILPs to abandon as follows:

   • Select the learners included in a review or target to abandon. Note that you can also select all learners included in a review or target, as shown in the image below.

     

   • You can also choose to abandon the whole ILP by selecting Abandon this ILP, as shown in the image below.

     

3. Confirm the changes to mark the selected reviews, targets, or ILP as abandoned.

   Note that a workflow runs overnight to close the learner ILPs that have passed their end date. Once all learner ILPs have been closed, the ILP is no longer displayed on the ILP Tutor homepage. However, closed ILPs for specific learners can be viewed from Learner Search.
